Two trader looted by armed robbers on Delhi-Haridwar NH

Two traders from Uttarakhand were allegedly looted of their car, cash and other valuables by four armed robbers on the Delhi-Haridwar National Highway.

The two traders - Vikas and Sachin - were on their their way to Delhi from Haridwar yesterday when the robbers intercepted them on the highway near Sisona village and took away their possessions including their car and Rs 45,000 cash, police said today.

A case has been registered in this regard and a search has been initiated for the unidentified men, a police official said.
