The traders, identified as Gopi Khetan (60) and Rajesh alias Guddu Khetan (26), died after they inhaled poisonous gas in an effort to put out the flames in their garment shop on a two-storied building.
The bodies were sent for post-mortem, they said.
The cause of the fire was not known immediately, the sources said, adding the fire brigade personnel doused the fire later.
