The accident took place at around 6:30 am on Desh Bandhu Gupta Road in Central Delhi, they said.
Wadhwan and Daya Arzai of Shalimar Bagh in North West Delhi succumbed to their injuries and the driver of the auto rickshaw received minor injuries, police said.
