Two women passengers, including one Indian and another Pakistani, were disallowed to board the Jodhpur-Karachi Thar Express at Munabao here for not able to provide complete travel documents, Railway Police official said today.

Mala Khatoon from Gujarat and Sughkhan Chipa from Pakistan were trying to board the train to Pakistan yesterday with incomplete official papers, Munabao-Government Railway Police Incharge Gaje Singh said.

They were stopped at the customs and visa checks. The officials asked them to complete the formalities to board the next train whenever possible, he added.

Thar Express, which operates between Jodhpur to Karachi, runs twice a week.

A total of 883 passengers went to Pakistan and 651 people came to India in this round of travel, GRP incharge said.
