Two women made of roses and performing Bharatanatyam on a 15-feet long stage were the cynosure of all eyes at the 14th Rose Show, which began here today.
The danseuses on the 16-foot tall and eight feet wide stage made of 3,000 roses portray the traditional and culture of this region.
Other attractions are a six feet tall horse made of 2,000 roses, eight feet long lion made of 8,000 roses, two pandas, standing five and half feet tall made of 2,000 roses and butterfly 'rangoli' of roses.
There are 4,000 different varieties of fully bloomed roses at the three-day show, inaugurated by Nilgiris District Collector P Shankar.
