Two labourers died of electric shock while working at an under-construction school here in Eastern Maharashtra, police said.
The electrocution occurred when the duo was welding tin sheets over the toilet of the building in Azad Colony last evening, they said.
The deceased were identified as Shaik Khwaza (45) and Sarfaraz Khan, both local residents.
After the news of electrocution reached Kalandar Khan, the contractor who had undertaken the construction job, he suffered a mental shock and collapsed on the floor. He has been admitted to Civil Hospital here.
