Two youths have been arrested on the charges of raping a 15-year-old girl in Govind Nagar area here.
In the first incident, Bhola (24) and Riajuddin (23), residents of Radhey Shyam Colony, were arrested for allegedly gangraping a minor, keeping her captive and for threatening her parents, Deputy SP Chakrapani Tripathi said.
A case has been registered against them under IPC sections 376D (gangrape), 443 (house-trespass) and 506 (criminal intimidation) and POCSO Act, police said.
A medical examination of the victim has been carried out and she would be presented in the court before a magistrate to record her secret statement under section 164 of IPC shortly, police added.
In another incident, Rahul (19) was arrested for allegedly molesting a minor, police said.
