Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat today spent over three hours at a Janta Darshan programme at his office here to redress grievances of the people.
Though the CM was scheduled to spend just an hour at the programme he spent over three hours there, patiently hearing the complaints of over 200 people and asking officials to redress them in a time-bound manner.
No shoddiness in the redressal of genuine complains will be tolerated, he said.
The Janta Darshan programme was attended by senior officials including Chief Secretary S Ramaswamy and Additional Chief Secretary Om Prakash.
