Solar energy solution provider Ujaas Energy today posted five-fold jump in standalone net profit at Rs 7.25 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
The company had posted a standalone net profit of Rs 1.42 crore the quarter ended on June 30, 2015, the company said in BSE filing.
Total income from operations also increased to Rs Rs 93.70 crore in the quarter as against Rs 11.77 crore in the first quarter of last fiscal.
Income from manufacturing and sale of solar power systems increased Rs 86.82 crore compared to Rs 5.36 crore during the same period a year-ago.
