UK boy says flying to Rome without ticket was 'easier than HW'

Liam Corcoran-Fort -- wearing a Spiderman T-shirt, tracksuit bottoms and flip-flops -- got through a security screen by mingling with families passing through Terminal 1 of Manchester Airport on Tuesday. He was discovered by co- passengers while the Jet2 flight LS791 to Rome was in mid-air.

"Getting on the plane was easier than doing my homework," Liam told 'The Sun', adding "No one asked me for anything."

Speaking about his incredible adventure which exposed shocking lapses of security at Manchester Airport ahead of the July 27 to August 12 Olympic Games in London, he said he climbed on to the Jet2 plane looking for a loo after slipping away from his mother outside Manchester Airport.

 

Liam's 29-year-old mother Mary, who thought her son had been abducted, told the tabloid that more than four hours after he vanished, police searching for the boy phoned her to say: "We've found your son
