British military and civilian police are trying to locate a Royal Navy submariner who went missing after warning about lax safety and security procedures in the country's nuclear fleet.
Able Seaman William McNeilly yesterday released an 18-page report via the WikiLeaks website filled with numerous allegations about safety and security problems in Britain's nuclear fleet.
He said the aging Trident nuclear weapons program is a disaster waiting to happen.

The Navy has rebutted McNeilly's claims, saying the Trident fleet operates under "the most stringent safety regime."
It says it is concerned about McNeilly's wellbeing and will investigate both the unauthorized release of the documents and its contents.
The BBC said Monday that McNeilly had indicated he would soon turn himself in.
