ULFA(Independent) 'Vice Chairman cum Chief of Staff' Paresh Asom (Baruah) today rejected Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's offer for facilitating the peace process if any underground group wanted to come back to the mainstream.
ULFA(I) leader Paresh Asom in a letter to the spiritual guru rejected his offer.
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar had yesterday expressed his willingness to facilitate the process if any underground group wanted to come back to the mainstream as several youth had already expressed their desire to come overground if the government ensured a respectable deal.
