A 35-year-old undertrial, who was arrested in connection with a narcotic smuggling case, today died allegedly of heart-attack, a police officer said.

Singh was booked under various sections of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and was undertrial at a Kathua court, police said.

"He was taken to the hospital where doctors tried to revive him, but they could not save him," the officer said.
