BJP President Rajnath Singh today said it was unfortunate that Karnataka had to see three chief ministers in five years of his party rule.
Addressing an election meeting at Khanapaur, about 24 km from here, he, however, said that the BJP rule had delivered results on the development front.
The BJP government was pro-farmer and pro-poor, he said.

Coming down heavily on the UPA government, he alleged that it was entangled in various scams running into the tune of Rs 5.5 lakh crores.
"Prices of essential commodities are soaring everyday and even cooking gas, which is the middle class' basic need, was not spared," he said.
"On what basis are Congress President Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul Gandhi seeking votes in Karnataka," he asked.
