Body of an unidentified youth was recovered today from a drain in the Kasim Nagar locality here, police said.
"Some local residents informed the police about a dead body lying in a drain, a police team rushed to the spot and recovered the body," a police spokesman said.
He said that the identity of the deceased and the cause of his death were not known.
"A case has been registered and the body sent to hospital for postmortem," he said.
