A youth was found murdered on the pavement in Ballabgarh area of the city here, police said today.
The youth's body bearing strangulation marks was spotted on Tuesday morning by a shopkeeper, who called the police. A case was registered at Ballabgarh police station under Section 302 (murder) of IPC on October 6.
Investigating Officer (IO) ASI Phool Kumar said the body has not been sent for post mortem examination till now as the police are trying to identify the deceased.
