Uniphore names Peris as GM for Asia Pacific, Middle East

Uniphore Software Systems today announced the appointment of Douglas Peris as General Manager for Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.

Peris will be based in Singapore and will be responsible for new customer acquisitions and expanding partner relationships in the two regions.

Kotak Mutual Fund launches close ended scheme * Kotak Mutual Fund today said it has launched close ended scheme Kotak Capital Protection Oriented Scheme Series 1 (KCPOSS-1).

The scheme offers an investment solution that seeks capital protection by investing a large portion of the portfolio in highest rated debt securities and money market instruments, while the balance is invested in equity to provide capital appreciation. The fund is having a maturity of 1101 days or 3.02 years.
 

The new fund offer (NFO), which opened on September 07, will close on September 21. The minimum application amount is Rs 5,000 which is payable in multiples of Rs 10 for purchase and switch-ins.
