Liquor firm United Spirits today reported a standalone net loss of Rs 55.58 crore for the three months ended June 30.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 118.13 crore during the same period of previous fiscal.
Total income of the company declined by 10.97% to Rs 1,923.90 crore during the quarter, as against Rs 2,161.05 crore for the same period of previous financial year, United Spirits Ltd (USL) said in a filing to the BSE.
USL shares were trading at Rs 2,406.50 apiece on the BSE in the afternoon trade, up 1.28% from its previous close.
