After she files her nomination papers, the chief minister will kick-start the election campaign by addressing a rally, senior SP leader Vishambhar Prasad Nishad said today.
Yadav has convened a meeting of the election incharges of all five assembly segments of Kannauj Lok Sabha seat the same day.
The bye-election has been necessitated as Yadav quit the Lok Sabha seat after becoming chief minister.
