Replying to a question raised by BJP member Suresh Kumar Khanna in the state Assembly here, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mohammad Azam Khan said the government was considering providing Rs 30,000 to high school pass girls of other communities also.
At present Muslim girls were being given the amount as according to the Sachar committee, the economic and social conditions of muslims was worse than Dalits, Khan said.
