The decision was taken at the Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, an official release said here.
The Rs 14 lakh package included Rs 50,000 for tests, Rs two lakh for health improvement before the operation, Rs 50,000 for donor's test and Rs one lakh for blood components, it said.
