"Conditions are becoming favourable for further advancement of South West monsoon to some parts of UP during next three days," MET office said.
Highest maximum temperature in the state was 43.9 degree Celsius recorded at Fatehgarh.
Light to moderate pre-monsoon rains occurred at one or two places over Eastern parts of the state but weather was mainly dry over western region.
Temperature were above normal in Kanpur, Jhansi divisions, appreciably above normal in Gorakhpur, Allahabad, Agra divisions but elsewhere it was stated to be below normal but extremely humid.
