A team of Madhya Pradesh police will soon be heading to Hardoi in Uttar Pradesh to trace Reema Verma, daughter of Samajwadi Party MLA Rajeshwari Devi, who is wanted for allegedly forging her original answersheet of MBBS exam with the help of her two friends, police said today.

"While Nikhil Tiwari (22), a peon with Evaluation Centre of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidayala (DAVV), and Umesh Mandloi (25), a final year MBBS student of Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College were arrested last night in this connection, Verma is at large," Bhawarkua police station In-charge Rajendra Soni told PTI today.

Verma, daughter of Rajeshwari Devi who represents Sandi seat in Hardoi, is the second-year student of MBBS professional at Index Medical College here.

According to police, Tiwari allegedly took out the original answersheet of Verma's Pathology paper at the behest of Mandloi, along with two blank answer sheets, outside the evaluation centre in October.

"Verma wrote on the two blank answersheets and neatly attached them with her main answersheet of Pathology subject," the inspector said, adding that no money was exchanged as all three accused are friends.

A police team will be sent to Hardoi to nab Verma, Soni added.
