Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh today said Narendra Modi-led NDA would come to power and conduct inquiries into the scams of the UPA government.
"BJP-led NDA will form the next government at the Centre and then inquiry would be conducted into scams of the UPA government. Whosoever is guilty, would get punished," Singh told reporters here.
Attacking the Congress, Singh said the interim budget presented by Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram would be the last one of the UPA government.

On AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal stepping down as Delhi Chief Minister, Singh said Kejriwal failed to fulfill his promises and took an escape route by resigning.
Terming him corrupt, Singh alleged that Kejriwal had collected donation for his trust while on leave from government job.
He said that Kejriwal had sworn not to take support in forming the government, but later formed the same with the support of Congress.
Singh also noted that Delhi had not got the stauts of a full state, and in several issues, it did not have the power to frame a new law without the consent of the Lieutenant Governor.
