Welcoming the Union Budget, Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay today said that this budget is indicative of the national development vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said the Central Budget provides new opportunities for skill development and education for the country's youths.
"We welcome this budget, which is indicative of national development vision of Prime Minister Modi," Upadhyay said here.

The BJP leader said that the rebates announced on the savings and medical expenses will benefit the middle class and now the people earning about Rs 4 lakh per year may not be liable to pay income tax.
"Delhi is also a city of Central Government employees and the announcement that the seventh pay commission will submit its recommendation next year is also a ray of hope for them," he said.
In the budget, big provision has been made for National Skill Development and provision of 8.5 lakh crore rupees for providing loan to the farmers to save them from the clutches of the private money lenders, Upadhyay added.
"After many years a budget presented by majority party government is not for political objective but for bringing the Indian economy back on its track," he added.
