The price of urad dal, maida and sooji declined, while rest all other commodities ruled steady in the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
Urad dal went down by Rs.200 per quintal to Rs.7,600 from its previous rate of Rs.7,800.
Maida and sooji (90 kg) marginally declined by Rs.50 each to Rs.2,450 and Rs.2,650 from its previous rate of Rs.2,500 and Rs.2,700 respectively.
However, prices of thoor dal, moong dal, gram dal, sugar and wheat remained unaltered.
Following are the wholesale rates of various agri- commodities (in Rs per quintal, except where stated otherwise): Thoor Dal Rs 7,900, Urad Dal Rs 7,600 Moong Dal Rs 9,800, Gram Dal Rs 3,950, Sugar Rs 3,150, Wheat Rs 2,650, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,450 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 2,650.
