Prices of urad and gram fell up to Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale market today on adequate supplies against subdued demand from retailers at prevailing levels.
However, other pulses in range-bound movements in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said adequate stocks position on higher supplies from producing belts kept pressure on urad and gram prices.

In the national capital, Urad and its dal chilka local fell by Rs 100 each to Rs 7,600-8,000 and Rs 8,400-8,600 per quintal respectively.
Urad dal best quality and dhoya followed suit and enquired lower by a similar margin to Rs 8,600-9,200 and Rs 9,000-9,300 per quintal respectively.
Gram, gramdal local and best quality were down by Rs 50 each to Rs 4,550-5,200, Rs 4,850-5,050 and Rs 4,950-5,250 per quintal respectively.
