A small plane experiencing engine failure was forced to make an emergency landing on a golf course in the US state of Ohio with the pilot and his wife, the only two passengers on board, escaping unhurt.
The incident took place on the golf course at the Stillmeadow Country Club in Clermont County, southwest Ohio.
The single-engine plane was headed to Illinois on Saturday when it experienced engine failure shortly after taking off from the Clermont County Airport, Fox News reported.

Pilot Kenneth Howes decided to make an emergency landing on the green of the Club.
Howes landed at the fairway of the 17th hole, hitting a sand bunker that caused the single engine plane to roll over. Passenger Karla Goodhouse, who owns the plane, and Howes were not injured, police said.
The pilot was licensed but police said he did not have insurance. The Federal Aviation Agency was called to the scene and authorities said they were investigating the incident.
Golfers on the course continued the tournament, but skipped the par five 17th hole.
"It was one of the strangest sights I have ever seen," said Mark Denton, who was golfing on the course at the time of the emergency landing.
"I am just happy to see the pilot and the passenger standing on the green," he was quoted as saying by the the Cincinati Enquirer.
The pilot and passenger are husband and wife. Ohio State Highway Patrol Sgt Nelson Holden said the pilot told him that "he just followed his training and did what he needed to do. He told me he wasn't shaken up at all."
Nelson said the plane took off and then experienced engine failure 10 to 15 minutes after that. The pilot then spotted the 17th hole.
Nelson said the engine shut off and the pilot could not get it to re-start.
