A 17-year-old high school student in Long Island who made international headlines after he got accepted to all eight of the elite Ivy League schools has decided to attend Yale University.
Kwasi Enin made the announcement yesterday at William Floyd High School in Mastic Beach.
"I'm excited and proud to announce that this fall I will become a member of the Yale class of 2018," he said.

Enin, the son of immigrant nurses from Ghana, said a visit to the campus helped him make up his mind, 'New York Daily News' reported.
Enin, who has a straight-A average and scored in the 99th percentile on his SAT, had applied to and was accepted by Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, Yale and the University of Pennsylvania.
Enin, who lives in Shirley, is also a shot putter, viola player and a cappella singer, and wants to be a physician.
"A doctor is a community leader, a protector, someone who people turn to...When they need help," he said.
