The Utkal Alumina International Ltd has been honoured with the prestigious and coveted OTV CSR Award- 2015 for Excellence in CSR in Women Empowerment category.
The company received the award for its contribution towards women empowerment by giving an opportunity to bring the women to mainstream of life by making them self-sufficient through its Project Saksham, a company release said.
The Trophy was received by S K Mishra, Advisor, Hindalco, M Ramesh Kumar, Sr Vice President (HR, Admin, & CSR) and Siba Mahapatra, AGM (CSR) from Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram at a glittering function held here on Friday, it said.
