Today's session was adjourned for the day after condoling the death of first chief minister of Uttarakhand Nityanand Swami here this morning.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Indira Hridayesh moved a proposal seeking extension of the session by a day.
"The business listed for today can be taken up tomorrow only. So, it can be extended by a day," she said and the proposal was unanimously passed by the House.
