Multi-brand retail chain V-Mart today reported a 27.40 per cent rise in its standalone net profit to Rs 36.68 crore for the third quarter ended December 2017.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 28.79 crore during the corresponding quarter a year-ago, V-Mart said in a BSE filing.
V-Mart's total income during the quarter under review was up 12.64 per cent to Rs 368.93 crore as against Rs 327.53 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal.
Its total expenses in period under review was at Rs 310.11 crore as against Rs 283.38 crore, up 9.43 per cent.
