Vanitha Datla, Executive Director & CFO, Elico Ltd., was today elected as the new chairperson of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Telangana, for 2015-2016.
J V Nrupender Rao, chairman, Pennar Group, will be its vice chairman.
The new office-bearers were elected by the CII Telangana State Council here.
Datla is a pioneer in the analytical instruments industry whereas Rao has a rich and diverse experience as he worked earlier in National Cash Register, the USA, Union Carbide India and Nagarjuna Group, according to a release issued by CII.
