The accident occurred near Shakti Camp, 12 km from Palin yesterday, when the driver failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle was on its way to Palin from Itanagar, the sources said.
The deceased has been identified as Lokam Taghik (50) from Damin village.
The vehicle which fell in a 100 meter gorge is yet to be retrieved, the report said adding, all the injured have been admitted to hospital.
