Vehicle of Rajasthan Minister's son attacked

Six unidentified persons allegedly attacked the vehicle of Rajasthan Industry Minister Gajendra Singh's son in Nagaur district.

However, no one was injured in the incident.

Dhananjai Singh was on his way to Khimsar in Nagaur from Lohawat late last night when the unknown assailants hit his vehicle with some object following which the car's windscreen got damaged, SHO Khimsar Bharat Rawat said.

No one was injured in the incident, he said, adding, the attackers fled in a jeep.

An FIR was registered today by one Mohan Singh who was driving Dhananjai Singh's car, he added.

In Jaipur, social justice minister Arun Chaturvedi said that police will do its job in the matter.
 

"We were informed about the incident before the Cabinet meeting. Police is investigating the matter and those behind the attack will not be spared," Chaturvedi told reporters.
