The oilcake-laden truck having registration number of Andhra Pradesh was going towards Baharagora from Ghatsila when the driver of the vehicle lost control over it near a road bridge, about 12 km Ghasila, and turned turtle, the police said.
The vehicle was badly damaged by the time a fire-tender reached the spot.
Later, the police retrieved a half-burnt body, which was presumed to be that of a driver.
Police said the owner of the truck was immediately been contacted over the mobile number recovered from the deceased and he was apprised about the incident.
