The ruling NDA's Vice- Presidential nominee M Venkaiah Naidu arrived here today, his first visit to the city after filing nomination for the post, to a grand welcome from BJP leaders and activists.
Telangana BJP president K Laxman and other leaders welcomed him at the Begumpet airport here this evening.
Naidu's well wishers have arranged two separate events in the city to "Meet and Greet" him.

He is also scheduled to attend a philanthropic event at the Swarna Bharat Trust run by his family members.
