Seema Tiwari, working in a college, consumed poison and was rushed to the Government Medical College Hospital where she died, police said.
A case had been registered and investigations were on, police said adding she was a resident of the national capital.
Seema had consumed poison in college premises, they said.
In another incident, a 21-year-old woman was found dead at her residence in Kudwa area in Udhampur district.
Truck driver Nirmal Singh, who was removing tarpaulin for deloading electric equipment, came in contact with an overhead electric wire in Satwari area close to Ranbir canal.
He fell into the canal and was yet to be traced.
