The VHP is likely to pass a resolution on the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhaya and also decide its future course of action in its annual two-day governing council meeting to be held from June 24.
This will be the first meeting of VHP's annual governing council since Justice Kokje took charge as president earlier this year.
"Ram Mandir is our core issue. It will be deliberated at length in our annual governing council meeting. The council will also decide the future course of action on this issue," VHP joint general secretary Surendra Jain said.
He said the issue was in court and the organisation was hopeful of a positive judgment.
After assuming charge as president of the VHP, V S Kokje had said the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya was the prime objective of the organisation.
Kokje, a retired high court judge, had stressed on the need to create a larger and stronger public perception for construction of a grand Ram temple till the Supreme Court decided the vexed issue.
He made it clear that there should be no apprehension about the objectives of the VHP, which would continue to openly work towards this target.
