Uttar Pradesh governor B L Joshi will inaugurate the 87th annual general body meeting of vice-chancellors of Indian universities here tomorrow.
Governor is the Chancellor of all the UP universities.
Prof Ved Prakash chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC) will deliver the keynote address.
Organised by the Association of Indian Universities, the three-day conference will discuss the status of higher education and scope for its improvement in the country.
