Vice President Hamid Ansari today visited Noida and felicitated poet and freedom fighter Anand Mohan Zutshi 'Gulzar Dehalvi' on his 90th birthday.
A function was organised to felicitate 'Dehalvi' at Community Centre here this evening and Ansari was the chief guest.
