Vice-president of AAP's women wing joins Cong

A leader of woman wing of Aam Admi Party along with her supporters today joined Delhi Congress.

AAP's women wing leader Seema Kaushik, who was also the president of the government-appointed Rogi Kalyan Samiti, has joined the Congress along with her 250 supporters, said a statement of Delhi Congress.

Kaushik was the vice-president of AAP's women wing from Outer Delhi's Rohini district, Delhi Congress president Ajay Maken said.

"The bloated balloon of the Aam Aadmi Party has burst and the party workers and leaders are leaving it as they are disillusioned with the AAP leadership," Maken alleged.

Kaushik said, "I completely identify with the ideology and programmes and policies of the Congress as it is the only political party which works for the welfare of all sections of people."
 

She promised to work hard to strengthen the Congress and expand its base in Delhi.
