Vice President Venkaiah Naidu will be the chief guest at the 3rd convocation of Kushabhau Thakre University of Journalism and Mass Communication here tomorrow.
The vice president will deliver the convocation address, a varsity official said.
Nineteen students will be awarded gold medals while 23 students of M.Phil, 122 post graduates and 104 graduates will be given degrees, he said.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh will preside over the event.
