Vice president to inaugurate second edition of 'Lok Manthan'

Vice President Venkaiah Naidu will inaugurate the second edition of the four-day Lok Manthan programme beginning here on Thursday to discuss various topics related to the nation building.

Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan will grace the occasion on the concluding day of the programme on September 30, Lok Manthans head Deepak Sharma told reporters in the presence of Jharkhand Minister for Tourism, Art, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs Amar Kumar Bauri.

The event is being organised at Khelgaon in Ranchi and the basic aim of the programme is to discuss on building of Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat (one India, best India), Sharma said.

 

Several renowned personalities will take part in the programme with Jharkhand Assembly Speaker Dinesh Oraon inaugurating an exhibition relating to Lok Manthan Wednesday, he added.

During course of the preogramme, discussion would be held on subjects like Samaj ka Aulokan (observation of society), Byabastha ka Aulokan (observation of the system), Vishwa ka Aulokan (observation of the world) and Atma Aulokan (observation of the self), he said.
