Around 100 victims of various categories of violence, including sexual offences, today deposed before a national tribunal on cases of violence against Dalit women.
The victims deposed before a jury comprising prominent human rights activists and legal experts like Vrinda Grover, Farah Naqvi, Vimal Thorat, among others.
The tribunal organised by the All-India Dalit Mahila Adhikar Manch was aimed at building a concerted discourse on caste and gender-based violence.
