Bollywood actor Vidya Balan will be the brand ambassador of silk materials produced in Jharkhand.
She agreed to become the brand ambassador after Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das told her that it would help people engaged in silk production, an official release said here.
Besides Balan, Begam Jan director Sirijit and producer Mahesh Bhatt were also in Ranchi today.
