Vietnamese Ambassador to India, Ton Sinh Thanh, today met Kerala Governor Sathasivam at Raj Bhavan here.
They discussed the possibilities of improved cooperation between Vietnam and Kerala in processing of spices like pepper, a Raj Bhavan release said.
Kerala is one of India's leading spices producing state.
