Dharamender allegedly inflicted grave injuries on Ram Niwas - a constable of the Delhi Police - at Pali village, 15 km from here yesterday after a quarrel, they said.
The accused was produced before a local court which remanded him in 14-day judicial custody.
Ram Niwas, who sustained several injuries, was admitted to a private hospital here.
