Last night, Gurbax Singh along with his daughter and a four year old maternal grandson was going on a motorcycle to his village Malikpur near here.
Two unidentified young motorcyclists with muffled faces intercepted them near village Chak Prema, police said.
The duo threatened them with an iron rod and sped away after robbing them of about 9700 rupees, a pair of golden ear-rings and a cellphone, police added.
