Thousands of devotees thronged the Ganesha temples at Pillayarpatti in Sivaganga and Tiruchirappalli city to offer special prayers to the presiding deity on occasion of the Ganesha chathurthi today.
The Ten day Ganesha festival at Pillayarpatti temple ended today with purification ceremony.
A 75 kg "Kozhukattai" was offered to lord Vinayaka at Rock Fort temple in Tiruchirappalli.
